Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 June 2026
By using the LUXLINE website (luxline.lu) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What LUXLINE is
LUXLINE is a free, independent and unofficial map and information tool for public transport in Luxembourg. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Administration des transports publics (ATP), Mobilité.lu, CFL, Luxtram or the Luxembourg government. The names and marks of those organisations, and of Apple, belong to their respective owners.
Transit information is best-effort
Departure times, routes, delays and other transit information are provided on a best-effort basis from third-party open data and live feeds, which can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Planned journeys and arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. Always allow a margin and check with the operator for time-critical travel. LUXLINE is not liable for missed connections, delays, cancellations or any decision made in reliance on the information shown.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape in bulk, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the site or its underlying services.
- Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the third-party services it relies on (including Apple Maps).
Maps and third-party services
The map is provided by Apple Maps (MapKit JS) and is subject to Apple's terms. Transit data is sourced from the official open data on data.public.lu. Your use of those services through LUXLINE is also subject to their respective terms.
Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUXLINE and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information it provides.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
