Is LUXLINE free?
Yes - completely free. Live departures on the website and the full LUXLINE app on the App Store, with no ads and no account. Public transport in Luxembourg is also free to ride for everyone.
How accurate are the times?
Live departures come from the official open transit data for Luxembourg, on a best-effort basis. Real-time times are shown with a live indicator; everything else is scheduled. Planned-journey arrival times are estimates. For time-critical travel, always allow a margin.
How do I plan a trip?
Journey planning lives in the LUXLINE iOS app. Enter a destination and it finds the best direct or single-change route across the real timetable and draws it on the map - no AI, it reads the timetable directly. Get it on the App Store.
Is there an app?
The LUXLINE iOS app is on the App Store now. It adds favourites, an optional AI journey planner and more. Get it on the App Store.
How is my privacy handled?
No ads, no tracking, no accounts. The website stores nothing about you. Read the full privacy policy.
I found a wrong stop or route.
Transit data comes from the official open data feed, which we keep in step with. If something looks off, email us the stop or line and we'll look into it.
